You.cept empowers individuals, businesses, and organizations to seamlessly book calls with experts.

With You.cept’s built-in scheduling system and video calling feature, interactions between experts and knowledge seekers are smooth and hassle-free.

You can choose from three session types:
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 60 minutes
Once you select a time slot, you will be prompted to complete your payment online securely. We partner with Stripe.
Prices vary by expert, with a minimum rate of $50 per hour.
No, You.cept is free to use. There will be only a 5 USD Service Charge on each booking. This will be used to maintain and grow You.cept
During booking, there is a note field where you can describe your questions or challenges in advance. This helps ensure an efficient and productive conversation.
We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are unhappy with your session, please report the issue to support@youcept.com, and we will work on a resolution.
Yes, you can cancel your session:
- More than 48 hours before the session – Full refund.
- Within 48 hours of the session – 35% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For Experts
- We take our quality verification very serious. Apply on our platform by providing required information for verification.
- If approved, set up your profile and describe your offerings in more detail.
- Once your profile is complete, you will be listed and ready to receive bookings.
We recommend a competitive rate between $50 and $250 per hour, but ultimately, you set your own rates. Add a 15% mark up on top of your rate as this will be charged per transaction
You.cept provides a scheduling system that allows you to set your availability for the next three months. You can also create special slots as needed.
We partner with Stripe to handle payments. Once a customer books a session with you, payments are processed through Stripe. For security purposes, the amount will be held and paid out on a weekly basis.
Yes! You are welcome to bring your existing clients to You.cept and manage your bookings through our platform.
All you need is your expertise. Apply on our platform, tell us about your knowledge and offerings, set up your profile, and start receiving bookings.
Experts can cancel a session at any time, but if they cancel within 48 hours of the session, they will be charged a 10% penalty from the transaction amount
No, You.cept is free to use. There will be only a transaction fee of 15% of your take rate. This will be used to maintain and grow the You.cept platform.
